- BAA executed with every practice
- All RN-led outreach included — no per-call billing
Why this price
Our singular focus lets us charge over 65% less than leading alternatives.
Other patient-engagement vendors charge per-message, per-call, or per-patient — built around enterprise health systems, not independent practices. By focusing entirely on follow-up support for OB-GYN, we run a leaner operation and pass the savings on.
Frequently asked
Pricing questions, answered.
What if my practice has more than 200 active patients?
Get in touch — we'll work out a custom rate. The 200-patient cap is sized for the typical 2-3 provider independent practice. If you're larger, we can either size up the plan or run multiple practice subscriptions side by side.
What does "active patient" mean?
Anyone on the daily report from your EHR who is currently in a touchpoint cadence — usually all current prenatal patients plus postpartum patients within the 6-week window. Patients who graduate out of the postpartum cadence are no longer active.
What happens at the end of the 90-day pilot?
Nothing changes automatically. The same rate continues; you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice, or keep going. The pilot is there to give your team a clear evaluation window without an annual commitment.
Are there any setup fees, integration fees, or hidden costs?
No. The only cost is the monthly subscription. Setup (the daily EHR report) takes about 30 minutes with your office manager and is included.
Do you bill insurance or charge patients directly?
No. Denizen is paid by the practice, not by patients or insurers. Patients are never charged for follow-up touchpoints.
Is the founding-25 rate really locked in forever?
Yes — for the life of your subscription. If you stay continuously subscribed, the rate doesn't go up.
What's included in the BAA?
Standard HIPAA Business Associate Agreement covering safeguards, breach notification, subcontractor flow-down, and termination. We're happy to share a draft for your healthcare attorney's review before signing.
