This Privacy Policy describes how Denizen Healthcare ("Denizen," "we," "us") collects, uses, and discloses information through our website at denizenhealthcare.com and the services we provide to OB-GYN practices.

This policy applies to information about practice contacts and website visitors. Information about patients of our partner practices is governed by separate Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) between Denizen and each practice, and is treated as Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA. Information you give us directly

When you submit a form on our website (sign-up, contact), we collect:

  • Your name, role, and email address
  • Practice name, location, and basic operational details (provider count, EHR used)
  • Any notes or questions you include in your submission

Our website uses standard web logs that record IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We may use minimal analytics (page-view counts) to understand which content is useful.

3. How we use information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your inquiry or sign-up request
  • Communicate with you about our services
  • Improve our website and the materials we offer

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. How we share information

We share your information only in these circumstances:
